Town of Witless Bay

The Town of Witless Bay has received an application to develop a commercial building to include store, offices, and restaurant. The location is 2 Lower Loop Road/Southern Shore Highway.

The zoning is partially residential and partially mixed development, and because this development falls under discretionary use, it must be advertised.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing, and the representation must be received by the town office no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2013. Please send all representation to the following:

Eastern Waste Management

Bay Bulls Waste Recovery Facilities Site is open to the public on Tuesdays & Thursdays from noon to 4:00 PM AND   Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The following materials will be accepted at the waste recovery facilities:

- All non-hazardous, non-organic solid waste generated from domestic and smallbusiness sources. 
- Small scale construction and demolition debris such as scrap wood and shingles. All construction and demolition debris must be no longer than 4 feet.
